These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your access to and use of Airdrop Mart's website, Telegram bots, and related services (collectively, the 'Platform'). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By registering a project, creating a campaign, connecting a wallet, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform, including participation in any airdrop campaign, complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
Airdrop Mart provides a platform that allows crypto project owners to register projects, create task-based airdrop campaigns, and manage reward distribution, and allows users to discover campaigns, complete tasks, connect wallets, and earn token rewards. Airdrop Mart acts solely as a facilitator and is not a party to, and does not guarantee the value, delivery, or performance of, any token distributed through a campaign.

Reward distribution is performed based on the campaign rules configured by each project owner. Airdrop Mart facilitates automated distribution but does not guarantee the market value, liquidity, or listing of any token. You are solely responsible for providing an accurate, compatible wallet address; Airdrop Mart is not liable for rewards sent to an incorrect address you provided.

Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of access and forfeiture of pending or unclaimed rewards.
Project owners may be required to pay fees to launch or promote a campaign, as described on our Pricing page at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase.
The Platform, including its design, branding, software, and content (excluding project-owner-submitted content and third-party trademarks), is owned by Airdrop Mart and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, Telegram channels, or services that are not owned or controlled by Airdrop Mart, including individual project campaigns. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party project or service.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any campaign will result in genuine engagement, listed tokens, or any particular outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Airdrop Mart and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or tokens, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Airdrop Mart, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, project owners, or the Platform.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Airdrop Mart is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
